I've had my M1 box set up for a few weeks -- used it a few times after initial set up and it worked (mostly). It disconnected every once in a while but could get it to reconnect. Then all of a sudden it won't connect. I pull up the slingbox on my ipad and the TV guide will come up, but when i try to connect it just says unable to connect. I'm not home where the box is set up, but i'm told both lights are on, and we've tried hitting the reset button. No other issues with the internet there or where i am trying to connect from. What else do I try?
