Seems like you folks don't care to address the multitude of issues these poorly built apps have with Airplay and Casting to Google Chromecast players. Your only line of support is having these support lackeys tell users to check their connections, which is both condescending to advanced users and downright useless.
These apps do not handle airplay and chromecasts well enough to have a steady stream. If you don't think you can fix these issues -- take off the advertisements on your page. Because you've now sold me both a product and application that clearly do not work as advertised. I'm surprised nobody has even brought up a bait-and-switch class action on sling media for this agenda, not to mention the entirely new "ad-based" revenue stream they decided to put forth in the applications.
