    Remote access problem?

      Hi - I just purchased an M1 which worked perfectly from home and also from elsewhere in the UK. I am now overseas and it will not connect. The message is:-

       

      Your Slingbox is not currently accessible.

      Possible causes are:

      - It could be in the middle of an update

      - It could be turned off

      - It may have a local network issue

      - It may be unable to connect to our backend services

      - Your router may have an issue

       

       

      I know it is not turned off and I think it is unlikely that the router has an issue. Any thoughts on what else I can do? Thanks
