I bought a Slingbox M1 and had it delivered to my sister's home in another state. I set up an account on Slingbox and gave her my email and password. She likely missed a couple of the finer password points and now has a message "email and password don't match." On my computer I can still access. I tried contacting Slingbox but of course they don't offer phone support on the weekend. She assures me that she's now typing the information exactly but I wonder if the account could have been shut down from multiple errored attempts on her computer. Thoughts?
