I have a slingbox 500 and keep getting either a message that it is disconnected due to a poor internet connection or a message saying the Slingbox is not accessible. The sling box is in Pittsburgh and I am in Florida. My family said the Slingbox is on and they have been able to use the internet at the home where the box is located. The internet is also working fine at my house where I am trying to watch. Please help. Trying to watch the football game at 1:00 pm.
