Try giving the Slingbox a factory reset. Here is our article on this:
Pay close attention to the lights on the front as you do the reset, and see if those lights respond.
If the lights do respond to the reset:
Go to setup.slingbox.com using a computer that is connected on the same network as the Slingbox in order to get it set back up.
