    No video signal


      I'm in Europe and my Slingbox 350 is in the US. When I try to go to Slingbox have just recently started getting a message that says "No Video Signal".


      My house sitters recently installed a Netflix box and I suspect that something got connected incorrectly. However, they are not technically proficient.


      What steps should I ask them to go through to get this fixed?
