    Comcast / Pace DC60xu - remote no longer changes channels

      I have an M500 (activated September 18, 2014).  It is connected to a Pace DC60xu. (Comcast in Atlanta).  I have had this configured as a DC50xu until now, and had not had any problems (although I have only used it sporadically in the last few months after the football season ended.


      Now, I am unable to change channels.  With one caveat:  I can go to channel 8 or channel 80.  It also looks like the info button is working correctly (also volume and mute, but my understanding is that the slingbox is handling those).  Accordingly, it seems like the IR on the box is working.


      I've tried switching to a few other versions of the DC / DTC, but nothing seems to have changed.


      Any suggestions?
