For the past two days we have received what sounds like a fax call from Sling Media into the main line of one of our business facilities. This is generating thousands of calls and severely impacting us. We have opened a ticket with support who has in turn contacted corporate IT. We have been in contact multiple times throughout the day. Customer support is now closed and an I looking to find out a status on this issue and how it can be resolved before morning. The calls are still continuing. I am looking for an update or someone to communicate with about this issue and this forum seems to be about the only way at this time of the day.
