Comcast just had me update all my cable boxes throughout my house, but now when I set up the new cable box it says "Connected Video Signal is not Supported". I can hear the audio but no video. Is there anything I can do to get this working again?

You need to change the settings so that the cable box is set to 720p or 1080i. If you are outputting 1080p, Slingbox won't work.
thanks. you saved me from tearing out what hair i had left.
Bless your heart!!!! I was about to throw it out the window. Slingbox is 0 help. Thanks again!
BTW... this was pretty much the main reason that I chose the SB 500 - in case anyone else is wondering. It allows you to keep 1080p to the main device (if you are passing through to one).
So how does one change the setting of the cable box
