I see in your account you have a Slingbox PRO. For this model Slingbox, whenever you replace the router or modem, you need to factory reset it, and get it set back up under the new router. Here is an article on factory resetting the Slingbox:
After you reset the Slingbox, you can go to setup.slingbox.com using a computer connected to the same network as the Slingbox in order to get it set back up.
