    Slingbox hd pro

    ACC6419076

      I can log on to sling box.com and see my sling box . it says it is connecting , then will not connect. I did a hard reset , and I am still getting the same thing.

      Any help?

          Hi matthew!

           

          Your description is a little vague, but it sounds like you need to get the Slingbox set back up, as you did mention you performed a factory reset on it.  Let's first make sure the factory reset was done properly.  Check out this article just to be sure:

           

           

          After making sure it's been reset to factory settings, what you want to do is go to setup.slingbox.com using a computer that is connected to the same network as your Slingbox to run through the setup process.

              Hi Evan I get a message

              "The Slingbox or Internet may be unreachable. Try connecting again."

               

              I did the factory reset and did the setup bc I renamed the box a.nd i see the new new remotely that its trying to connect to the new name
