I have my slingbox all set up, the remote works and all, but on my phone screen when I want to watch it says in a blue box "The connected video signal is not supported". Any ideas on how to fix this?
You will want to try turning your cable boxes resolution settings from 1080p to 1080i as the Slingbox cannot accept 1080p at 60fps.
