If the guide function isn't working properly, you will want to reconfigure the Slingbox using a different virtual remote. Since you have the X1 cable box, you would want to pick X1 in the cable box setup. This should allow all of your remote functions to work again.

I read the answer regarding reconfiguring the video but in my situation, The Comcast digital model box does not appear. My model number is PR150BNC and the closest model number available is PR150PNM.. Guide function does not work.
I have Comcast X1 and the cable box I am using is attached to another TV and not the main box. Could this be the issue?
I can use the up and down arrows to get to the channels but it is time consuming. If I type in the cable channel, it does not take me to the channel selected.
Any help out there?
