the issue is not resolved. This occurred before the outage. I can still
log in on a desktop to my account but it's the app that's giving me trouble
despite entering the correct password.

I haven't been able to use my sling player app recently because every time I connect, it says my admin password is wrong. However, I've gone through all of my account information and the passwords are all right as well as my input of them on my phone. Has anyone run into this issue or have any solutions?
