You may be able to find someone who could do repairs locally, but we do not have a repair center. Generally though, especially in the scenario of lightning strikes, the repairs would cost more than a new unit.
However, since you're an existing customer, and an upgrade/replacement does interest you, you can go to the link below and use your serial number to get a discount on either the Slingbox 500 or the Slingbox M1.
