Thank you for contacting us here on the forums!!! I understand you are having issues with your video quality when connecting to your Slingbox. Upon looking at your account I see that the top protocol for internet streaming (TCP) for your Slingbox is supported and failed. This means that we would want to port forward the router for the Slingbox's IP address.
