Thanks for contacting us here on the forums. It sounds like the Slingbox is not picking up on the router after you moved it, even after the reset. We will want to get that network light on the Slingbox to set it up again. I'll have an link that will tell you some trouble shooting for that issue. If you do all the steps and still can't get into the set up, you might want to try to hold down the reset button again for a little bit longer.

Thank you for your response, but I'm not sure that you completely understood my problem. When I power on the Slingbox the power light comes on in the logo light comes on solid with all LEDs lit. I've attempted to do a hard reset by holding the button down for upwards of 30 seconds, but there is no change in the lights. I have repeated this process many times without any success. If you have any other ideas, I would appreciate it.
Mine does the same thing (Solid ON logo). It is also a 2012 HD Pro. I sent it back in warranty years ago for the same problem, now it is happening again! I don't have a top set box (Cable connected directly into the unit). These units are useless without a set top box - you can't figure out any channels without just surfing up and down. I haven't used the system since it came back repaired in 2013. I wish I never wasted my money.
I was trying to connect to my box remotely and the suddenly couldn't. Went home and couldn't connect even though the network light on. Did a hard reset, and ended up with the same problem as stated here. I assume this means the software failed in the Slingbox and it is now essentially bricked? It's the only explanation I could conclude.
I have a Slingbox Pro-HD in service since March 2012. I had to unplug it recently to move some things around and when I powered it back up the logo light was on solid and the power light was on and there was a faint light from the network LED. They stayed on for more than 10 minutes before I attempted to do a hard reset. The hard reset did nothing. Is there anything else that I can try where is my Slingbox now break.
