Let's see if we can do some basic troubleshooting to see if the issue goes away.
First, I would uninstall and reinstall whatever software you're using to view the Slingbox. Here is an article on uninstalling and reinstalling the browser plugin if that's what you're using:
If that does not help, I would try restarting the computer, if you haven't already.
