I have an out of warranty Slingbox 500, registered January 2013, on which the Ethernet port has stopped working. I checked the support options and see it will cost $199 to have it repaired/replaced. How do I go about this? There is no information on the site on how to request an RMA and send it back. I do not need to open a paid support call since I already know it is out of warranty and what needs to be done.
