I have a Slingbox 350 in the US and M1 in Japan. When running the Slingplayer App on Android, iPad, or on Windows desktop, all cannot find either of my boxes. When I attempt to reach the 350 through the old web browser method, there are no issues. I have reinstalled the apps on Android and Windows, but no luck. Android and Apple apps stick at "Directory" window with nothing showing. Windows Slingbox Desktop brings up the message - "We are unable to locate your Slingbox. Please ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled on your device and the Ethernet cable is unplugged. If your device does not support Wi-Fi, please plug in Ethernet cable to your Slingbox." Again, neither box appears in this directory, but the old school browser extension works fine for the 350 (M1 unsupported).
