    After years connecting with no issues, suddenly I can't connect




      I got an Slingbox 500 and all I see at the page is Directory > MySlingBox > Owner: Not Connected , Network Status: LAN > off ....the only option available is Delete Slingbox.


      The sling box is connected by wifi and the service provider is Comcast. I can connect to the modem and the status is OK. Somehow, the sling box is not seen. This happened lest than a week ago...No changes were made and suddenly stopped working.


      Should I delete it? I live overseas and there is no way I can reset the box for at least a couple of months.
