I also upgraded to new Android 5.0.1 on Samsung Galaxy S4 (on Telus network) and now Slingplayer does not work on the S4. Tried upgrade and then uninstall and reinstall of Slingplayer via Google Play. Slingplayer starts and optimizes 100% but then after selecting 'power on' from the menu get the the following error message "Connection failed. Please make sure your phone and Slingbox are connected to the internet." Same message wether using WIFI or telephone network. All other connecions to my M1 slingbox (which is hardwired to router) work on PC and laptop using WiFI. Permissions for Slingplayer on S4 look OK. NEED HELP.
