    My Slingbox 350 no longer connects


      I tried to use my slingbox on a trip this week and before logging on I got an agreement screen for slingplayer.  When I accepted and followed the steps my slingbox would not connect.  It recognized me and comes back with an active status indicator  but it cannot connect and says there were errors connecting.  I tried in Chrome, Explorer and with Firefox and nothing

          Hello David,


               I checked the network info for your Slingbox here on my end and it appears as though your unit is not communicating with our servers. This basically just means that the Slingbox is not currently connected to the internet. Now, I know you said you are on a trip but, would you  be able to get in contact with someone at the Slingbox location to verify the Slingbox has a solid power and network light? Also, if you find that the Slingbox does have both of the correct lights on solid, could you have the Slingbox unplugged for about 15 seconds then plugged back in?
