    HD-Pro Video issue

      I am trying to set up my HD-Pro however, I keep getting an error message that no video is detected. All my component cables are connected properly and I receive signal to my TV. I did notice however, when I continue on with set up that my exact cable box model is not listed. I have the comcast RNG-150n. When I select the RNG150, the remote that is displayed is not the remote that I use for cable box. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

       

      Update: Just got off the phone with Matt from CS. Switching my cable box from 1080p to 1080i fixed my issue. Hope this helps anyone else having this issue.
