    First time and not impressed

      Hi

      Just got a Slingbox HD PRO. Connected to a known working network port and all lights indicate ok. Using IE11 as my browser. During set up it just stalls looking to the device on the network. I have tried disabling all firewalls. Tried a box reset as well.

      Also tried Chrome and it never got past being unable to run the plugin. Tried all the recommendations on the net.

          yup, me too, I have an old slingbox Pro, I have recently reconnected I can see it is connected to the net and I know it's IP. I can see it passing TV through and both lights are up and running BUT the setup software can't find it even after a 4hour wait.

          So I am screwed because nothing will work until I have run setup.
