    Slingbox works on iPhone and iPad using cell data, but not wifi


      At one of the locations I frequent, I can connect to my Slingbox using an iPhone or iPad when using cellular data, but if I use the WiFi, no connection can be made. The WiFi seems fine otherwise.  I have admin rights to the WiFi and have tinkered with some of the router and network settings, but no luck so far.  What settings are likely to be the culprit?  BTW, in another city I can connect via WiFi using the same iPhone and iPad.
