My 350 connects to my ipad app but doesn't connect to my safari browser on a new macbook pro once I was prompted to download and install the latest update March 2015. Once I download the update and install the page keeps going back to the legal agreement then prompt to download the same install package. It keeps doing this over and over and over again.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?
I have a Slingbox HD pro. I am unable to connect to it in any web browser. I have been able to use it from my purchase until about 2 days ago. Windows 7 machine, tried on both IE 11 and Chrome 42. Running 32 bit version of both, cleared my cache.
When I connect using IE, I see that I am only streaming at a rate of about 54 kbps, but my network connection is 65 mbps.
I can still connect over the exact same network connection with my ipad Air.
This is very frustrating and support and resolution from SLingbox would be appreciated.
