Hello. I was given a 350 by a friend, and I did a hard reset and cannot get it set up. I keep getting the message "The Slingbox or Internet may be unreachable. Try connecting again." Support over the phone cannot help without charging me. I previously had a PRO-HD on my account, and removed it when I was trying to get the 350 set up. Now I cannot get the PRO-HD set up again because I cannot find my Slingbox ID. Somebody, please, help.
