I replaced my router. I'm getting a message that my Slingbox isn't connected to the internet, yet my network light is solid, not blinking. I hadn't used the Slingbox in a while, so I'm not sure if it was working before I switched, but with the lights solid and the connections all in place, does anyone have any idea what else might be happening here?
Depending on the type of Slingbox you have, Pro-HD, Solo, 350, you will most likely have to factory reset the unit. Then go to setup.slingbox.com to set the Slingbox back up. Below is an article that will walk you through the reset:
