I looked deeper into your Slingbox, and noticed that TCP streaming has failed. To get this to pass, you will need to make sure UPnP is enabled on your router. If it is, you may need to setup port forwarding on your router for the Slingbox. For more information on port forwarding, take a look at the article below:

Hello Internet-land people,
I am having trouble connecting my slingbox app from android to my chromecast on my TV.
It always says "Unable to connect (2)" on the TV , but says it is working and connected on my phone slingbox app.
Sometimes if i reboot my chromecast a few dozen times, or try for an hour it occasionally connects, but this is a rare case.
Please help me out!
