    Setup assistant and internet connection


      I posted a similar question a while back and never got an answer, 

      The setup assistant works fine until late in step three. After loading all the channels a message pops up saying "This feature requires and internet connection please check and try again".  I don't know why it can't find the internet connection .  The computer is logged on to home wireless system and I assume the set up was using internet to download all the cable channel info.  When I put in the zip code it came back and ask for the correct provider and proceeded to click thru all the channels in my cable service. The connection lite on the front of Slingbox pro is solid red.  Why can't the setup assistant find internet connection and move on to step 4 of setup?
