I bought a new slingbox m1, hooked it up, went online, it never let me complete the setup as in I never even told it what TV brand and box etc, saw the slingbox on my network very briefly then it was gone, no amount of resetting it brings it back although lights are on on the front of the unit, the site does not allow me to begin the setup again. I'm out of luck, time and patience. Their support is basically non existent just sending me through the same faq's that don't help me or even relate to my issue. Any ideas before I return it? Thanks.
