Since the chat system opened and a waiting message was sent to me, (mind you on a standard pc that will run slingplayer) I had to assume that it was functioning. After wasting 40 minutes, I got sick and tired.
If you want to improve support and avoid questions, a good idea might be to verify the links supplied on your support and forum pages.
All the links below returned a 404 server error: File or directory not found:
Most other specific solution links on your web pages will only return you to the uk front pages in a kind of merry go round circle. A large number of the links offered on your forum pages, will also return the 404 errors.
Time for a thorough rework? At least it will save frustrated customers and yourself a lot of unnecessary questions.
