    Can't connect Slingbox PRO HD

      I just got verizon FIOS and I'm trying to setup my Slingbox PRO HD on my network.  When I go to setup.slingbox.com to try and locate it on the network, it doesn't find it.  Both red lights on the front of the sling box are on, indicating it's on the network.  However, if i log into my verizon router and check the connected devices, the Slingbox does not show up.  Does anyone know if there's a known issue with the Slingbox PRO HD and verizon routers?  Is there a setting in the router i need to change?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
