they suck, probably want to return ASAP b/c slingbox does not refund on their own and places like best buy only have 14 day return policies, if you want to see something frustrating yet a little amusing check out this conversation with tech support:
I recently bought a used Slingcatcher to use with my Slingbox 350.
Everything went fine until i tried to connect the slingcatcher to my slingbox on my local home network.
When I try to connect, the slingcatcher asks for a password to access my slingbox.
I never set up a password for the slingbox, but i tried my sling account password and no luck.
I also tried resetting the password for the slingcatcher and still no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas?
