Ok thanks. I have had this slingbox for about 2 years now and I always have a problem with the slingbox when I am at the other location. If I had known there was no way to remotely fix any of the problems past and present I would have not wasted my money. It is plain ridiculous
Someone once set up a remote-controllable computer at the Slingbox's end when they were troubleshooting issues so they could reconfigure the Slingbox by remote-controlling the computer next to it. But that's probably a bit beyond what you were thinking.
