I am not getting a video signal from my Slingbox PRO-HD. I recently upgraded my cable subscription to Comcast's X1 platform which required a new Set-top Box and cable modem. Since the technicians installed the new box, my Slingbox no longer is getting a video feed. Audio is working fine. I am getting the picture on my TV just not when I log onto my Slingbox. I am using component cable for both in and out.I've checked the connections and they are all secure and correct. It's weird because I was having no issues until I switch to Comcast's X1 service. I didn't change any cable configuration, just unplugged the old box and swapped in the new one.
Does anyone out there have any ideas?
- The resolution (e.g. 720p, 1080i, 1080p) the new box outputs
- HDMI/SOC Issues
