I'm having the . Same issue on Slingplayer on PC and Slingplayer app on iPhone. Tried the Slingbox M1 on two other STBs (all Verizon Arris IPC1100) - no success. I am *not* using HDMI cables.
I can't access the "Watch on Slingbox.com plays audio but no video" link and get Error 404.
I have checked cables and connections multiple times. Can't find a support phone number on the Sling website - shame on you. Before I return the Slingbox: is anyone out there with relevant advice on how to fix this problem?
Per Slingbox.com - Contact Us: "You can call us at 1-800-313-4274 for help, but there is a cost of $29.99 for the incident [if your Slingbox is out of it's support period, one year from activation date]. Note that phone support is available from 7am to 7pm PST every day."
