    Platform check service request failed (code: 23)

      I turned on my Logitech Revue (Google TV) this morning and loaded up the slingplayer app, only to receive the error message: "Not Supported. Platform check service request failed (code:23)".

       

      I can access my slingboxes from other devices and it was working for Google TV before Christmas.

       

      I have signed out and in again within the app, but I continue to get the same error message. Has Sling disabled support for its app through Google TV?

       

      Everything is running on a local network.

          I'm running both a Google TV Sony GS7 and GS8 with the same Honeycomb O.S and just did a check. I also run a slingbox both locally and and remotely and everything is connecting fine on my end. Only thing I can think of is that your user agent settings have been changed in Google Chrome changed to Custom or Generic from Default ( google chrome, settings, under the hood, user agent, check if default user agent is being used ).
