I cannot start up my Slingbox 350. The router is working perfectly well, the Slingbox is on, I can ping it from my laptop and it responds, but it will not show a full network light and will not respond to resetting, power off / on (of both the box and the router). I cannot pick it up from the website or from the app on this iPad. Apart from sending the box back, what can I do?
