Ive just bought a 350 as a direct replacement for the ProHD. Pro has been working fine and the 350 was bought as an "upgrade".
Have unplugged the Pro and wired up the 350 but getting the above error message and cannot set up the 350 for viewing.
Ive tried calling the help desk - call keeps getting disconnected. Also tried the "sling media support chat" but have been waiting for a technician for over an hour now
Any help would be appreciated.
