I've resorted to connecting my Solo directly into the router only (I disconnected it from the cable box to focus on this problem-one at a time). Power light is on. Network light is dim, so I'm guessing it's NOT connected....despite being plugged directly into the router. Slingbox arch lights are not on. I'm logged into Slingbox Directory Entry Properties window and don't know the Slingbox ID. Where do I find it?
