    Slingbox Solo cable provider switch issue.

      I have been very happy with my SOLO since Jan 2011.  I recently changed cable providers from VZ Fios to Comcast and when I went to reset the remote via slingbox.com\getstarted the SOLO is not reachable.  I've checked every possible cabling scenario and know that the internet connection is fine and the router is obviously fine.   All the lights on the device are as they should be.  What am I missing?  Appreciate any help that can be provided.
