Although you are having issues with your Netgear Neo TV, Sling media no longer supports that product. You may contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting. I have seen in the past they can help with resetting the network settings and uninstall and re-install applications

I just bought a Netgear Neo TV to be able to watch channels from my slingbox on my TV. I did complete the setup but after 2 to 3 minutes I got a message that my slingbox lost the connection. I have never had this kind of problem when I watch TV directly from the website slingbox.com I would appreciate if you could help me to fix this issue.
