    Slingbox not communicating with router.


      This is a pro-hd we have had in a box for awhile now. It was set up long time ago. Hit reset button to reset to factory since it has been so long. Internet connection is good. Hooked up to same router as my home computer that is working. The router slot that I plug the ethernet cable into lights up green. I've used two different Ethernet cables to make sure that wasn't the problem. The second one was brand new. I have reset the router. I have unplugged and plugged everything back in. The power light stays on solid red. the upside down U logo stays solid red. However, the red light to the network has continuously blinked red. When I try to connect on slingbox's site it says no slingbox can be found. Does anyone have any suggestions? Does this mean the slingbox is dead? Please help! I have been working on this for the last 7 hours! Thank-you.
