yes - i am getting this same message on Verizon Fios. Just switched from Optimum to Verizon. Before signal was poor but video worked. Now sound is great but no video. WTF? You would think Slingbox would have an automated solution or at least a warning saying that they don't work with FIOS!?!?!?!
Does anyone know how to make Fios video work or are we supposed to stop using slingbox?
