    M1 white screen on mobile app and website on desktop

      Hi all-

       

      Have audio but just white screen on video. Have reset box and router. Have had connected and working for years. No recent changes. Using component cables.

          Hi Billy Vossberg,

           

          Thank you for posting to the Community. Lets see what we can do to resolve your issue. There are numerous troubleshooting steps that can be done to see where the issue lies.

           

          1. Switch out the video cables connected from the cable box to the Slingbox.

          2. Take the cables from the cable box directly to the TV and see if the issue occurs.

          3. Connect another video source to the Slingbox to see if the issue occurs.
