It is unfortunate about receiving a non-working Slingbox 500 remote control. I was able to determine that your Slingbox is still in warranty, with that we will be able to send you out a replacement Slingbox 500 remote. All you have to do is give us a call, provide your email and verify the account name, walk through some troubleshooting steps on the phone and then the agent will determine what is to happen from there.
