    i cannot connect to my slingbox 350

      i keep getting this error message

      1. Be sure to connect the cables before powering up your Slingbox.
      2. On the front of the Slingbox, verify that the Network and Power lights are on.
      3. If you are a guest user, make sure that you have access to a Slingbox.
      4. Check that security software is not blocking access to your Slingbox.
      5. Verify that you don't have any network issues.

       

      all the lights are lit up on the front of the sling box

      and my computer is connected to the internet. ive been trying for 4 hours

      there are no numbers to call

       

      please help

       

      my old slingbox stopped working after 3 months

      this company is a nightmare
